First Meeting

As suggested, I am going to repost the group info on Craigslist to see if there is any additional interest in the group. In the meantime, I thought I would gather some information in an effort to plan our first meeting. Since we don't really know each other yet, I think it would be best to meet initially in a public place as opposed to someone's home. Not that I think any of you are axe-murderers or anything, but it would probably be more comfortable than having a bunch of complete strangers invading your home or attending a get-together at the home of a complete stranger. Once we all meet and get to know each other a bit, then it might be more appropriate to move the meetups to someone's house or apartment.

Anyway, I have set up 2 polls to get a feel for when and where to schedule our first meeting. Please vote for the day/time of the week you would prefer to meet and also vote for the metroplex location where you would prefer to meet. Once I have that info, I will start working on the specifics and we can finally get together and get this thing going.
